Massena Museum – Open Doors To History

The Celine G. Philibert Cultural Centre and Museum will welcome visitors on Saturday, May 2, as part of the Open Doors to History event and in recognition of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
Visitors participating in the commemorative coin challenge may use the museum as a location to have their sheets signed and photographs taken. Community members who are not participating in the challenge are also encouraged to stop in to view the exhibits, explore the archives, and ask questions about local history. This event also offers an opportunity for those who may not be able to visit during regular museum hours.
Light, nut-free refreshments will be available, and the first 10 visitors will receive a commemorative keychain or lanyard. The museum offers street parking in the front and a parking lot in the rear. A ramp is available at the front entrance.
All are welcome to visit and learn more about Massena’s history and its connections to the Revolutionary War.
