With 2023 right around the corner, here is a look at the DEC’s #NYSFreeFishingDays for the upcoming year.
• February 18-19 (President’s Day Weekend)
• June 24-25
• September 23 (National Hunting and Fishing Day)
• November 11 (Veterans Day)
This is a great opportunity to rediscover the love of fishing, bring the family fishing, or go fishing with a buddy without needing a fishing license. Must abide by NYS DEC freshwater fishing regulations.
